What has happened in the court case so far?
There has been a few developments in the court case so far as we fight for the rights of those who are entitled to make a British Airways hack compensation claim.
One of the big hearings took place earlier this month, and the result of this saw:
- The deadline to join the action being established;
- The Group Litigation Order (GLO) and the framework for how the court action will proceed being established.
There had been some previous disputes with regards to the final cut-off date to join the action, and this included BA’s lawyers trying to go for a short deadline period. We were successful in arguing for a much lengthier one, and we were very pleased with our appointment to the Steering Committee.
When do I need to join by?
