In an exclusive from Mark Tovey for the Mail Online, Freedom of Information data reportedly revealed that more than two staff a day are mishandling medical records. This is an issue that we have talked about a lot, and these issues have previously resulted in the UK’s data watchdog, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), issuing blanket warnings to those working in the healthcare sector.
